Project Information
Sandra Vicchio & Associates redesigned an existing townhome near Baltimore, MD to meet the young professional owner’s requirements. The owner’s goals include creating an open concept for the main floor and expanding the master suite. The first floor design reconfigures the kitchen, dining, and living spaces into one. The second floor master is expanded by transforming an adjacent office into a walk-in closet / dressing room. The master bath is expanded into the prior closet space to accommodate a double-sink vanity, enclosed toilet, and wet room. The basement laundry room is redesigned to accommodate a dog shower for beloved pets and storage.
