Private Office Renovation

In collaboration with Melville Thomas Architects, Sandra Vicchio & Associates was design lead for this 90,000 square foot phased, occupied renovation. The project aimed to reinvent and reinvigorate space that had been in use for more than 40 years. 

A new internal stair connects three floors with the middle floor housing the primary entrance, reception area, conference rooms and executive offices. Glass fronts on closed offices visually connect managers to their staff in workstations, which are situated at the exterior of the building for access to natural light. Small huddle rooms, larger conference rooms, kitchenette/print areas and hotel workstations complement day-to-day activities and encourage collaboration.
