The Enoch Pratt Free Library - Renovations

Project Information
Sandra Vicchio & Associates was engaged by the Enoch Pratt Free Library to to develop a vision and project program for this institution as it embarked upon a complete renovation of its historic central library. SVA supported the capital campaign which raised more than $16 million against an initial goal of $10 million. This funding enabled Pratt to undertake supporting projects like the historic furniture restoration package, the Art With A Heart mosaic mural, and to purchase new furnishings for the historic library, specified by SVA. SVA served as the Pratt Library's consulting architect throughout the design and construction phases working with the Pratt to on the program, construction phasing plans, capital campaign, furniture packages, off-site storage, temporary locations, art re-installation and support through design and construction administration.
